You are correct.
The only difference between the Electric Jack w/ Footplate - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 25-1/8" Lift - 3,500 lbs - White # EJ-3520-WBX and the # EJ-3520-BBX are the exact same jack with the only difference being the color of the head cover.
With said both are great jacks that are very popular among our customers due to their reliability.
I don't really have a recommendation as it comes down to which color your prefer.
